Terms and Conditions – Vacates House Cleaning Services
Disclaimer: By engaging Vacates Cleaning Services, you (the client) agree to the following terms and conditions outlined below:
1. Service Agreement:
a. Our vacate house cleaning services are intended to assist clients in preparing their property for handover at the end of their tenancy. We will strive to ensure a thorough and satisfactory clean.
b. The booking for our services is not considered confirmed until a deposit has been received and acknowledged by us. Failure to provide the deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking.
c. The remaining payment for the cleaning service is due on the day of the clean, prior to commencing the work.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
a. In the event of a cancellation, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
b. If you need to reschedule your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
3. Cleaning Standards and Satisfaction:
a. Our team will carry out their cleaning services to a high standard as per industry practices. However, please note that we do not guarantee the removal of certain stains or long-standing damage.
b. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the cleaning. We will allow up to 7 days to return and rectify any cleaning done, subject to our availability.
4. Liability:
a. While we take utmost care and caution during our cleaning services, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings or items within the property during the cleaning process.
b. We cannot be held liable for any damages caused by faulty or improper installation of fixtures and fittings within the property.
5. Health and Safety:
a. We reserve the right to refuse cleaning services in premises that pose a health or safety risk to our team members. This includes, but is not limited to, infestation, hazardous substances, or dangerous structural conditions.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy:
a. We respect your privacy and will handle any personal information provided to us in accordance with our privacy policy.
